Allow instructor permissions to persist in Panopto after a course is hard-concluded in Canvas

Per the help notes:
- Known limitation as of Panopto 6.0: If a course is hard-concluded, the permissions for both the teachers and students are revoked. Panopto may change this behavior in the future.
Can we get this fixed? it is a major inconvenience that the instructors lose their permissions to the folder after the course is hard-concluded in Canvas.
