Easy insert Panopto video in Brightspace/D2L

Currently in order to share a single Panopto video (as opposed to a folder) in Brightspace/D2L, instructors must create a new file to serve as the container of the video and then click the "Insert stuff" button to select the video. It would be much easier if instructors could select a single video to add in Content using the "Existing Activities" button. There is a link for "Add a panopto Quiz as an Assignment," so why not a button simply for "Add a Panopto video"?
