Watch Folder Upload duplications

Hi,
It would be nice if the Watch Folder service was intelligent enough to check what's already been uploaded and not upload duplicates. I am in the middle of batch uploads which I let run overnight. There are too many videos for me to shift through as I am getting them from multiple sources. The issue I am running into is I drop entire libraries into the watched folder and the next morning I have to go through and delete a bunch of videos because the folder I drop in the watch folder to get uploaded has videos that I've already uploaded previously
