Can you add an option to delete folders right in the folder browser view?

I find it unnecessarily cumbersome deleting folders. Instead of just having an option to select then delete, have to go to the folder settings and another two or three clicks to find the delete option. It's not intuitive for non-admin users. I'm attaching a link to a video showing the process. If the issue is to make sure users aren't accidentally deleting folders then a recycle bin option or force users to empty folders before deleting would be much better options then hiding the delete option.
