Playlist Management - Don't Show Already-Added Videos

Hi,
When adding a video to a playlist, it would be easier if Panopto didn't show you videos that were already "in" the Playlist. This way, as a user produces more videos, and uses playlists to "push" them to users (or Departments), the user doesn't have to figure out which videos are "already in" the Playlist.
