Flexibility for LTI attribute used in account creation

This feature request applies specifically to the D2L/Brightspace LTI integration. In a multi-tenant environment, usernames create potential for duplication across organizations. Forcing the username passed from Brightspace to Panopto as the Panopto account name greatly limits our ability to unify identities with SAML. There should be an option in the LTI Identity Provider setup to pick the LTI attribute to be used as the unique identifier / username in Panopto. For integrations that also use an API (like Brightspace) this change should also be reflected in API calls to Brightspace for user data.
