Login issue for some Internet Explorer and Edge users
There is an issue that prevents some users from logging in directly to Panopto when using Internet Explorer and Edge (non-Chromium).
What is the impact of this issue?
Customers who have the setting "Bounce page blocks iFrames" set to true in their identity provider are unable to login directly to Panopto in Internet Explorer and Edge (non-Chromium).
How do I work around this issue?
Option 1) Use a different browser if possible.
Option 2) Set "Bounce page blocks iFrames" to false in the relevant identity provider. Note: This can cause embedded content playback failures.
Option 3) Access Panopto via LMS integration (Folder and Session embeds) as appropriate.
When will this issue be resolved?
