We would like to have the capability for a double approval of a single video within the same folder.

I agree that this would be helpful. We require that videos first be approved by the creator's manager and secondly by the product manager. A way to more easily set up a tiered approval process would be helpful. The workaround of creating a folder for the creator's manager and moving the video to a product manager's folder is much too manual and cumbersome for our volume. Thanks!
