Ability to allow specific viewers to have different availablity window to main session settings

IT would be really useful to be able to set an availability window for a session but then allow specific viewers to have a different time window. eg. a lecture recording is set with availability window to be available to all viewers in the course group for a period of 2 weeks after the lecture. However 2 students with disabilities need to have access to the video for the entire length of the course. currently to do this I have to copy the video and put it in a sub folder and make the sub-folder available for those two students. but I end up with duplicate videos.
