Custom Email Notifications When Video is Ready

This feature would provide the ability to create a custom email notification when a video is done processing or uploading. My goal is to have this work with the Zoom integrations so that we can send a specific set of instructions to our users on how to edit and archive the video automatically upon the video being ready on Panopto.
This will help automate the workflow, which in turn enhances the Panopto product.

I would generally love the ability to customize when and what is sent to users. I think having a way to send out different information based on how the user recorded/uploaded content would be great!
