Greetings,
I have made several bookmarks on a video but it seems that my students cannot see or use them. Is there a way I can share my bookmarks with them? Or use a different tool to achieve this?

I would recommend adding Table of Contents entries. Here (https://support.panopto.com/s/article/Table-of-Contents) is the guide on that process.
