Zoom "Zapp" for Panopto video library

Zoom announced that there will be "Zapps" (apps in Zoom meetings) coming to the platform soon, and I would like to see something with Panopto available there. It seems like a great feature to have reliable video playback within meetings.
I am not sure how this is going to work with Zoom having the primary key be a user's email address, but if there is a way to pair on another attribute, we have other matching fields available in both platforms.
