In Panopto, viewers can rate videos. Professor would like to know who rated the videos and what rates. This will allow faculty to get feedback from students to improve the videos.

It is my understanding that this is not available to improve performance. I had submitted a feature request through support a while back about this very thing but I am not sure where it landed. IMHO it could be as simple as another report that is available, but if it was available in the UI that would be good. If there was an opt-in feature (on the folder/session level) for anonymous feedback, aka how it works now, it would be even better.
