D2L LTI integration add retention policy and make folder name read-only

Two requests to add to the Panopto LTI D2L integration

1) the class folders created via the integration should be read-only so faculty/teachers would NOT rename them.

2) Ensure that the teacher, creator, of the class folder CAN't lock him/herself out of the class folder when changing SHARE permissions! In more than one occassion, a teacher tries to change the share permissions and removes himself from the folder!!

3) Add a retention policy to the folder created via the D2L integration. That retention policy will automatically delete all the folder content, and maybe even the folder, on a certain date. That way, every semester, all content is erased to avoid compliance violation issues. For example, we need to delete all folder content, and maybe the folder, after certain date.
