Enable the panopto timer feature when recording

Staff sometimes like the reassurance of some sort of indicator that panopto is recording, when it has minimised and the powerpoint slides are in full view, is it possible to have some some sort of floating panopto recorder timer on the top left hand corner so that staff are reasured it is continuing to record.

This would be a great addition as long as it isn't recorded as part of the finished product. It would be even better if there were some quick tools like a blackout bar/blur, annotation tools, and a webcam confidence monitor. It doesn't have to be big, just enough to see that your face is there and is moving.
