Notify Admins of Flagged Words in Captions

Ideally, as admins, we would like to receive a notification each time a "flagged word" is detected in captions on a video. Use case is mainly around recordings imported via the Zoom integration. Any new captions that are imported or generated should be scanned for a list of words we create, and then a notification is sent to either specified individuals, or all admins, when they are detected.
