Option to use Panopto Capture in LTI tools.

When a teacher uses the Panopto LTI tools in an LMS, they have the option to embed a Panopto video, upload a video, or capture a video. Currently capturing a video uses the Panopto software that must be installed on the computer. I would love to have an option to use Panopto Capture to capture instead, since it is much more simple for most people to use. Perhaps keep the option to use the Panopto software under a new fourth tab called "advanced" or something similar.

Hi Robert,
just a quick update, Panopto Capture is available through the LTI tools. Just make sure your system Admin has enabled it for all appropriate users: System --> Settings --> All --> "Panopto Capture Availability"
