More folder level availability options

Right now, you can set specific dates for things to become available or remain available until These work well when things should all be available for the same period. I would like to be able to set, at the folder level, sessions to become available after X hours/days after recording and remain available for Y hours/days after recording.
It would also be good to be able to set, at the folder level, that sessions should only be released after captions have been applied (existing request: https://community.panopto.com/discussion/1478).

Agreed. More flexibility in this would be great.
