Allow stereo audio editing

I uploaded a video on panopto and i figured out that the sound is mono and only on the right channel of my video. I would be great to let us edit audio to duplicate the mono channel to stereo or something like that.

    I agree and also think an option to easily add a soundtrack, along with some basic EQ/compression options would be an added bonus.
