suport is not exept my email

I am trying to send email to [email protected], but it is coming back with cancel my ticket "Your case, has been closed. You are not currently a Panopto customer and cannot submit support cases. If you are a Panopto customer, please be sure to use the email address provided by your school or organization. "

I am a customer and my email registered as admin on our tenant.

    I would contact your CSM, they should be able to set your email as a point of contact. After that, you will be able to email in tickets.
