Just coming back to bump this topic. It seems like Panopto is moving in a direction where short-form just-in-time content is at the forefront of strategy, and a tool like this would be endlessly helpful toward that goal.

Instead of developing features users have been requesting for 5 + years, we get the option to purchase AI generated Max Headroom avatars.
