Incomplete Status

Good morning,

There have been several students at our institution who have been experiencing issues, such as incomplete video and/or no audio. They make sure their video/audio are working correctly before recording. I've had to open multiple support tickets with Panopto support, which have not been resolved. Can anyone shed some light on what the issues could be and how students can prevent these types of issues from happening?

  • Interesting.. I was just investigating a student's report from last week and noticed that 40% of the videos in the 'assignment' folder (56 out of 137) are listed as "No Content". It appears that those "no content' videos do go back to beginning of the semester in mid-January. I checked a few other assignment folders and some have similar 'no content' videos. When I went back to Fall 2024, I found more folders with the same. So this doesn't appear to be a new issue.
