Anyone having issues with blackboard enrolments not passing details through to Panopto?

We've had several reports this week of students and staff not having access to the Panopto folders in their modules, they're getting a 403 error. The staff and students are enrolled on the module, but their details are not making it through to Panopto, and they're not being added to the Creator or Viewer groups on their own modules.

Tucker - Which Panopto integration do you have setup in Blackboard? We are using LTI 1.3 and our Bb courses are Ultra course view. We have not had any reports of issues. Also, you are viewing the membership of those Panopto "Creator" or "Viewer" user groups, you'll only see the user listed in that group membership if they have accessed Panopto.
