How to upload audio description tracks via the REST API like caption tracks?

I've been looking at the documentation on how to upload audio description tracks, but it appears that it can only be done through the Panopto UI, and not through the public REST api like the caption tracks can, as documented in the swagger ui
I'd like to upload audio description text tracks programmatically like the caption tracks. How can this be done?

Unfortunately this functionality is currently not available via our REST APIs. We are committed to increase our REST API offerings and would recommend that you put in a feature request so that we can target this in our future releases.
