Viewer with the link expiry date

In educational institutions, we are often required to send videos assessments for external moderation. We use the viewer with the link feature and manually remove access after a certain period of time. (Security purposes we do not send copies of the videos)
If possible, sending a 'link' with an expiry date for a specific user would be most helpful. I am sure this feature could also be used for other things as well.

This is a great suggestion, and our team is investigating potential avenues to explore this feature.
A good workaround for your workflow may be to use an Availability (click to read more about this) setting for these assessments. You can change how long a video is viewable by adjusting this setting, which would effectively accomplish your goal. Should you ever need to share the video again or you'd like to restrict it earlier, you can just update that same setting.
This can also be managed at a folder level. Doing so will mean that all videos within that folder will automatically be given the availability period listed in the folder settings.
