Auto assign permissions based on remote recorder device name

I believe this feature has already been requested, but I couldn't find it in the forum so I wanted to make a new one. In short, it would be very helpful if we were able to assign permissions to a given remote recorder based on the device name.
As a few examples:
- Anything with "LST" in the name, our Learning Spaces team should be given access.
- Anything with "PBB", "PC", or "DSM" should give access to our College of Business folks.
- Anything with "LAW" should give access to our College of Law.
If there was a recorder named "LST-PBB-101" both our College of Business admins and our Learning Spaces group should have access to administer the device in Panopto.

I did some digging as well, but I wasn't able to track down this specific suggestion. I did find a couple that you may be thinking of:
1781: Ability to automatically assign permissions based on email domain
4033: Ability to automatically assign a creator group to new remote recorders
That said, I love this idea! I've filed this away with the appropriate teams, and they will consider it for a future release.
