API Endpoint Returning 500 Error (Possible Timeout Issue)

Hello,
I'm having issues with one of your API endpoints
Details:
- Endpoint: /Panopto/api/v1/folders/{id}/children?pageNumber=0
- Request Method: GET
- Error Message / Response: 500 Internal Server Error
- Actual Behaviour: The request fails after approximately 30 seconds with status 500.
This issue began occurring around October 30, and the same request had been working normally before that date.
Could you please confirm if there were any changes to this endpoint or if there are any current service issues?
