Restrict Sharing Permissions for Folders but not Individual Videos
Hi, I would like for my users with Creator status to NOT to be able to share video folders either publicly or with the organization. Here's why: 1) they might forget that they had set the folder settings this way and then add a video to a folder that contains student PII or other sensitive information 2) When they do this, the folder appears in the Browse Menu for all users, cluttering it up.
However, I don't want to take away their permission to do that for individual videos. So, for example, the site setting "Sharing - Settings - Anyone at the Organization [True/False]" should be separated into 2 granular permissions, one for folders and one for individual videos.

I want to add that another possible option would be to require approval for making folders/videos public. If this were implemented, I would want to create a different role for non-teaching users who do regularly and legitimately make public videos (eg admissions office).
But even in this case, I feel that process should be different for individual videos vs whole folders.
