We are working on a tool to uplift caption/transcript quality using a course specific dictionary, and while we are able to produce a fairly high quality transcript with this tool, one thing we are struggling with is identifying sessions that need attention/have low quality captions.
If there is already a metric being produced for caption/transcript quality, this is something that we should have access to.

Amen. It seems like caption confidence is something that should be accessible and available for reporting.
