We have had around three hundred people successfully download and record using the recorder.
Today, however, I have had a complaint about the recorder affect the performance of the software being recorded. I watched the recording and sure enough, just going from one page to another was taking 2/3 minutes.
I also found out that due to their IT policy, their IT department had to instal the recorder.
No one contacted me and I should think their is a different procedure due to firewalls etc, so my question is: Is there any documentation that covers such an occassion that I can download? This is bound to happen again.
I know Capture will help in future, but working in the financial sector, that too might be blocked.
