- Added REST public APIs for the Tags feature. Customers can now use the API to modify the tags applied to videos, and to manage tags for their site. See http://demo.hosted.panopto.com/Panopto/api/docs/index.html#/Tags to view the documentation for the new APIs.
- Fixed an issue with the GetSessionsList public API where it would intermittently return an error code.
- Updated the schedule used to determine if a video should be optimized for archival viewing. Videos will now be optimized for archival viewing if they are four months old and have never been viewed, or if it has been 13 months since they were last viewed.
- Fixed a rare issue where uploaded videos could randomly fail to process.
- Fixed a rare compatibility issue that could cause embed transcript tasks to fail.
- Fixed an issue where calls to the public REST API folders\{id{\children endpoint to get the subfolders for a parent folder would not return the "Urls" property.
- Fixed an issue where calls to the SOAP API that took longer than 30 seconds would result in an HTTP 500 result.
- Fixed a recent regression where external ID provider login was failing for some ID providers on IE 11.
- Added ability to change the language of a caption track from the 'Captions' tab in video settings.
- Updated the UI text for "Reset quiz report" to clarify the behavior. The reset button will remove existing entries from the quiz results report, but it does not reset the quiz for users in the viewer.
- The corresponding site-setting also has been updated to clarify the behavior.
- Fixed an issue where the download button does not appear in the embed player on iOS.
- Fixed an issue where a 360 video didn't load correctly in the full player.
- Fixed an issue where in some situations duplicate captions were shown in the viewer.
