"Hide" the fact that two screens have been used
Hi Everyone,
this is my first message in the group. I've recorded a quite long video (35 minutes after the editing), but watching it, I've realized I made a mistake saying one word instead of one important one. Instead of repeating all the procedure, I recorded a small video of 10 seconds and insert it in the original video in that 10 seconds frame.
But, in the final result, this seems evident (0.5 seconds black and two screens icon in the tool bar). Is there a way to hide as much as possible the trick I did?

Hi @Andrea Baldin,
You may be able to achieve this by downloading the video podcast of your presentation stream(s) and reuploading them, as the podcast won't have the .5 second black screen, just a smooth jump cut. You can learn about how to download a video podcast here: How to Download Video or Audio Streams as MP4s.
If you have more than one stream in your session, I would recommend downloading the individual streams first by setting the podcast type to "Primary video only," and then after downloading that stream, and then doing the same with "Secondary video only." You can rebuild your session from those downloads by following the steps in our article, How to Use the Build a Session Feature.
Please let us know if you have any more questions, we're always happy to help!
Best wishes,
Cait

Hi Andrea,
That's correct that any embedded content, such as a quiz, would not download with the video podcast; however, you should be able to add this content back in once you reupload/rebuild the session in the Panopto Editor.

Thank you Cait for your smart suggestion!
Unfortunately I think this is not possible in my case as in the video I insert also quizzes that are not included in the podcast.. :-( or there are other solutions?
That's right!
Thank you very much Cait :-)
