Is it possible to flag certain words to receive a notification when they are detected in captions?

We would like to create a list of words which would trigger a notification to our admins whenever they are detected in a captioned video.

Or, flagged words link to a word bank for a course. I'm thinking that for courses with scientific / medical terminology, admins notified every time there's a flagged word, is not manageable.
