Panopto not recognising webcam

Hi,

I am trying to connect my camera to use as a webcam in panopto. I've successfully done this in Zoom, Skype, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. The camera is recognised in Panopto desktop as a video option but when I click on this I get the following message:

Value is Nil:

self.primary.captureGraph =

Requested action cannot be taken under the current recorder state.

Can anyone advise?
