Hide Creator name from Upload Assignments for anonymous student submissions (inclusive assessment)

Following from my post https://community.panopto.com/discussion/1189/anonymous-video-submission-for-student-peer-review#latest - it would be really great to hide or not show the video Details in the main player which reveal the creator's name.
This would allow for anonymous submission of student video assignments. Given the body of research on cognitive bias based on just seeing someone's name, this would be a great a feature to help inclusive assessment on this platform!

I agree that this would be a very useful feature and has been requested by staff in the past.
