It would be helpful if I could like to "My Folder" in support guides. As every My Folder is actually a Users/Username folder with a specific GUID, this isn't possible.
It would be helpful if a permalink such as site.cloud.panopto.eu/panopto/myfolder could redirect to the logged in users' My Folder.

This is a great idea!
Would it leave the URL alone or would it redirect to the folder GUID? I think I'd prefer the redirect for consistency, personally.
