Why can't I get the offerviewer option to work?

Hi, I've just started experimenting with Panopta and the offerviewer and captions options don't seem to work - perhaps someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Here's the code I'm using

However, the "Watch in Panopto" and "Show captions" buttons remains present. Plus "Watch in Panopto" still send the user to the viewer.

I'm wondering whether this is a limitation of the free version of Panopto? Or do I need to set another option? Thanks in advance for any advice
