End User gets 404 error while taking quizzes in Panopto

Hello,

I wanted to ask the community if there have been any reports of D2L end users getting a HTTP 404 Error when they reach the quiz portion of the video. We have had a few end users begin watching a video. Once they reach the quiz question, the quiz fails to load and the HTTP 404 File not Found error appears. Internal testing could not replicate the issue the end users were experiencing. It appears to occur for both Mac and WIndows users. I am looking to see if anyone else has experienced this issue in their D2L environment and perhaps identified what the cause of the issue was and resolution if any.
