Hello - We want to let you know about an issue impacting the System Folder Storage Report that can be found by following this article.
What is the issue?
The System Folder Storage Report incorrectly counted edited time of videos rather than the actual stored hours of the video. This caused the data to be off by 1-5%.
How do I mitigate the issue?
This issue was resolved on 5/10. Please schedule a new report to get the correct data.
