Moodle 3.10 support
I see that new versions of all the Panopto Moodle plugins (the block, Atto button, and Atto LTI button) were released today, but they all have a support statement which skips over Moodle 3.10:
This version supports (a) Moodle 3.9, 3.11, 4.0 running with PHP 7.4 and 8.0 and (b) Panopto version 9.7.1 or later.
Is Moodle 3.10 not supported? We happen to be on 3.10 with PHP 7.3.28. I'm wondering how strict these support statements are, since it seems odd to me that versions before and after ours are supported but not the specific one we're on.

Panopto follows Moodle's security support schedule and ends support at the same time Moodle ends security support for a version. As detailed on Moodle's website, Releases: Version Support, support for 3.10 ended on May 9, 2022.
The following Panopto article details our support policy: Learn About the Moodle Version Support Policy. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask - we're always happy to help!
