We are having some issues getting Panopto to record into our VC system. We are receiving the following message back from the SynergySky logs.
System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: There was no endpoint listening at that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
We have gone over the Synergy configuration and it should be working, has anyone ever seen an error message like this before?

Could you tell me which endpoint is returning that error, so I can look into it further?
