Please note: This update will be applied at the end of business hours on Feb 9th for the North America, Canada, and European clouds and the end of business hours on Feb 10th for the Asia-Pacific and Australia clouds.
- Fixed an issue that could cause Zoom chats to fail to be imported to Panopto due to a new chat file format.
- Fixed an issue that would block removing users from user groups created for BLTI Identity Providers. Users can now be manually removed from those groups, but may be added back automatically based on course enrollment.
- Fixed an issue with Course Copy V2 for Canvas that could cause Canvas courses to fail to copy in Panopto if the original course was created by importing a Canvas course file or a Common Cartridge file.
- Fixed an issue that could result in a silent error when a user who did not have permission to request captions attempted to change the language of a video's existing Automatic Machine Captions. Users who do not have the correct permission to reprocess Automatic Machine Captions in a different language will now see an error if they attempt to change the language.
- Fixed an issue where sorting Caption Requests on the Caption & Translation Requests page by Total Cost could result in an error.
- Fixed a rare issue with Moodle Student Submission when a Moodle course was copied with Course Copy V2 that could result in users receiving additional access to student submission folders.
- Fixed an issue when attempting to bulk sync users for D2L Identity Providers that could cause the Bulk User Sync process to fail for some users, due to the Panopto process attempting to use the wrong ID.
- Fixed an issue causing duplicate remote recorder device match notification emails to be sent.
- Fixed an issue where line breaks were not being saved when editing captions in Firefox and Safari.
- Fixed an issue where YouTube content was incorrectly labeled in the Interactive Viewer and Editor.
- Fixed an issue with text contrast in the message shown for archived videos in the Embed Viewer.
