As a Pro user, why can't I see the option to contact support?

This continues to be a VERY frustrating issue. I have no way of contacting support because the option to do so isn't showing on my account. Why? The link reflected in the below image is not there. I've mentioned this before and it's still an issue. Now I'm having a billing issue and have no way to contact support. I need help on both fronts, please. Thanks.

    I alerted our Support team that you were having an issue with opening a ticket, but I do see that you were able to open a ticket regarding this issue yesterday.

    I found the support email from the last time. I still haven't heard back, however. But I did submit it. Thank you!!
