Student user: error message about "We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties"
We/Panopto administrators have attempted to troubleshoot a technical difficulty that a student is having within a Canvas course. The student received an error message that reads, "We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties" (a screenshot attached). We have explored multiple avenues to work around this problem, including adding the student to the Panopto class folder and granting them view permission. However, despite our efforts, the error message persists and only affects this particular student.
We want to hear any other ideas you have that could help us figure out what is causing this issue. Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.
