BLTI launch blank screen with Rustici Engine

Hello,
I am integrating our product with the Rustici Engine product (https://rusticisoftware.com/) which handles LTI requests, SCORM, etc. A typical LTI launch of a Panopto link works fine through their service. However, they have another endpoint used to build a "preview" launch link and for some reason, if it is a Panopto link, the result is a blank white webpage. Doing the same "Preview" link to another LTI tool such as ECHO360, ZoomPro, etc. all work the same as a basic launch. So there is something about Panopto and possibly the headers or parameters which Rustici includes, that causes the white screen.
Does the forum allow me to connect with someone on your BLTI dev team so that we can figure out what might be the issue?
