I tried executing the REST API using oAuto2. (for Create new folder; Panopto/api/v1/folders)
However, an error was returned due to access rights as shown below.
By the way, how are "Access rights" defined for oAuto2 API calls?

Hi Kosuke,
It would depend on which user you had used to get the access token. The user that you log in as when getting an access token needs to have the correct permission to execute the REST API action.
