Could you elaborate as to why in your knowledge base article https://support.panopto.com/s/article/How-to-Set-Up-a-Blackboard-Ultra-Quiz-Integration, the option "Launch in New Window" is shown as unchecked?
In its current configuration, when a student clicks the link for a Panopto quiz in a BB content area, the player opens in the same window but the full screen icon toggle does not respond. Students have commented that they want to be able to view the video content full-screen, but cannot do so when they click on the appropriate icon.
Would enabling Launch in New Window in the admin panel cause an issue for the quiz tool to function correctly?

Hi @Mario Menendez,
Thank you for this feedback. Since "Launch in New Window" is considered an optional setting, we left it unchecked in the screenshot. It should not cause an issue with the quiz tool's functionality.
When selected, the Launch in New Window arrow will appear in embedded Panopto videos (highlighted below). By selecting this icon, a new tab will open and student can watch the video in the Panopto Viewer:
