Panopto for Windows/macOS - Generate ASR Captions Live

We've had a request come to light a time or two and I think the Panopto Recorder (desktop app) would be a potentially great solution.
In short, it would be great if there was an option to have ASR captions be generated live as you're recording and overlay them on the screen(s) being captured as you are recording (with or without the option to Webcast). I would not want these overlayed captions to be burned into the recording but I think the live generated captions could be used for the recording, if sending off for batch captions was not enabled for the folder.
We've got some folks using Zoom for this already, but it would be great if we could utilize Panopto for the better recording quality.
