Display subfolders in LTI Integrations

We are on Blackboard Ultra and LTI 1.3. It would be great to see 'subfolders' in the video selection area. The majority of our faculty place their videos in a subfolder within their My Folder. Right now, the only way to see subfolders is to click the dropdown menu and select the black triangle next to My Folder.

It was save a lot of headache if, when embedding a video, they could navigate the folder structure without clicking on the dropdown menu at the top, or they could see subfolders when viewing their My Folder.

Our number one question is that faculty cannot find their video. It's almost always because they click 'My Folder' instead of the black triangle next to it. Just let them see the subfolders when they click My Folder in the LTI integration.

I agree. As a Canvas LMS user, our faculty never place videos directly within a course, but that is the folder they see by default when using the integration. Almost none of them understand how to navigate to their subfolders within My Folder and, like OP said, they click on the name instead of the arrow to expand. Their My Folder subfolders should be readily apparent to them when they open the integration to find a video.
