- Added VCMS search stemming for Basque language content.
- Fixed an issue that could block setting the availability of a video or folder when viewing an embedded course folder using LTI without third-party cookies enabled.
- Fixed an issue that could cause a user to be redirected to an invalid location from a Panopto error page if the ReturnURL was specified as an IP address.
- Fixed a rare issue that could allow a creator to order captions for a video using a disabled Caption Provider if the Caption Provider was disabled after the user had loaded the Caption Setting page.
- Fixed an issue that could cause Panopto to fail to automatically create a gradebook column in D2L when a video with a quiz was embedded using LTI when the instructor had not created a gradebook column before the student took the quiz.
- Fixed an issue that could cause multiple settings modal views to fail to load when viewing a course folder using LTI in Safari.
